Led the development of a comprehensive American Diploma Program for Grades 4-12, including graduation requirements, curriculum structures, academic expectations, and systems to support diverse learners.
Designed a research-informed framework to guide instructional practice across the school. The framework draws on Cognitive Load Theory, Schema Theory, and Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction to support effective teaching, knowledge retention, and student engagement.
Developed a school-wide assessment framework to promote consistent evaluation practices, meaningful feedback, student reflection, and data-informed instruction.
Created to help educators use AI more purposefully, the T.E.A.C.H. Framework is a practical model for writing clearer, more focused prompts. It supports lesson planning, assessment, feedback, differentiation, and classroom support while keeping the teacher’s professional judgment at the center.
Created a digital literacy curriculum that helps students develop essential skills in technology use, online safety, media literacy, digital citizenship, and creative digital production.
Designed and launched virtual classroom structures that supported student engagement, collaboration, and continuity of learning through digital tools.
