Lead the International Program with responsibility for academic quality, curriculum development, staff leadership, accreditation readiness, and school improvement. Project-managed the creation of the American Diploma Program, established graduation requirements, supported curriculum design, and guided the program through multiple accreditation processes. During the COVID-19 period, led the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous learning systems to ensure continuity of education.
