I am Moustapha Mneimneh, an educational leader with more than 25 years of experience in school leadership, curriculum development, assessment, accreditation, and educational technology integration.
In my current role as Head of School for the International Program at Najd National School in Riyadh, I lead initiatives that strengthen academic quality, support teacher growth, and create sustainable systems for school improvement. My work brings together program development, instructional leadership, accreditation standards, and digital learning to build learning environments that are structured, meaningful, and future-focused.
I believe education is a transformative process shaped by curiosity, reflection, and continuous improvement. Effective schools do more than deliver knowledge; they help students think critically, act responsibly, and grow with confidence.
My approach is inspired by Ibn Al-Haytham’s spirit of inquiry and by my wife Hanaa Zaatari’s belief that education is deeply connected to living fully and purposefully. These influences guide my commitment to building programs that encourage exploration, empathy, resilience, and lifelong learning.
As an educator and school leader, I aim to create systems where teachers feel supported, students feel challenged and valued, and learning remains both rigorous and human.
Beyond my professional work, I enjoy cooking, baking, fitness, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These personal interests reflect the same values I bring to education: experimentation, discipline, reflection, and continuous growth.
Whether in the kitchen, the gym, or the school environment, I believe improvement comes from curiosity, practice, and the willingness to keep learning.
