I see AI in education not as a replacement for teachers, but as a way to strengthen the work they already do so well.
For me, its real value lies in giving teachers back the time, focus, and space they need to guide, question, support, and inspire their students.
In this audio, I reflect on the ways AI can support schools through practical, low-risk applications such as lesson planning, differentiation, feedback, assessment design, and administrative efficiency.
What stands out most clearly to me is this:
I believe AI should strengthen human judgment, not replace it.
From my perspective, the most effective approach is a human-centered one:
Human inquiry → AI support → Human reflection and decision-making.
I believe teachers must remain the designers of learning, students must continue to be active thinkers, and schools need clear guidance around privacy, accuracy, bias, and responsible use.
To me, the future of education is not about teachers versus technology.
It is about teachers using technology thoughtfully and wisely to create more meaningful, personalized, and reflective learning experiences for their students.
How do you think schools can use AI while keeping teachers and students at the center?
