The Annual Teacher Evaluation Framework is a research-informed, evidence-centered system designed to support fair professional judgment and continuous teacher growth. It brings together specialist review by Heads of Department, whole-school review by principals, multiple sources of evidence, teacher reflection and response, and purposeful growth planning within one transparent annual cycle. Its design draws on established professional resources, including the Danielson Framework for Teaching , the Marzano Focused Teacher Evaluation Model , Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction , and Black and Wiliam’s work on formative assessment , while adapting these ideas to the school’s priorities, roles, and implementation requirements.
